TUESDAY’S TRAINING TIPS: “The February Ab Challenge Continues”

It's February 14th, Valentine's day right and all I'm thinking is "That means we're half way through our February Ab Challenge"!

It’s February 14th, Valentine’s Day right and all I’m thinking is “That means we're halfway through our February Ab Challenge!" I realize that you may or may not know what I’m speaking of and that’s exactly why I’m choosing to post this update here. So far, I’ve written a couple of short pieces alluding to the challenge here, but it’s mainly been filtered through my Personal and ‘Events page’ that we created specifically for this challenge on Facebook.

We started our challenge on Wednesday, Feb. 1st and I’ll be running it through the end of the month—Wed. Feb. 29th… that’s 28 days, a great running start to a ripped six pack ya’ll.

So, what’s new? Well, if you’re reading about this for the very first time, we have approximately 450 people all hitting the deck and grunting it out for the sake of their core (and maybe a little bit for the ego too, YA THINK?).

You can still join the gang. That’s right. Just because we run a challenge with a specific start and stop deadline, doesn’t mean you can’t partake of the resources and camaraderie that can be so helpful to your overall success. The workout videos are going to remain up and running on my YouTube Channel for you to access and avail yourself of. In fact, you can jump in RIGHT NOW, join the group, post your progress and communicate not only with the other ‘Six Pack Seekers’ but also with me, your coach. I’m here to post your workouts, motivate you through the process and answer your questions.

Click and simply state, “I’m in." Then you’re off!!! Follow the directions for the challenge listed there and then go to www.YouTube.com/Sharkie1225

And as the directions state, use either Ripped Abs I or Ripped Abs II, depending on your fitness level and BRING IT ON. It’s done on your time table, in your own home, or if you choose, take your Ipad or Phone to your local health club and bring it to the mats there. Point is, it’s private, except for letting us know how you’re doing.

HOW GREAT… hope to see more of you ripping it up.
