The Milford Mill Swim Club is sold.
And the man who bought it plans to build a mosque on the site and to change its name, according to a report by Baltimore Business Journal.
It sold Thursday at auction for $775,000, the report states.
The starting price was $500,000, according to the auctioneer.

According to A.J. Billig & Co. Auctioneers' website, the nearly 19 acres at 3900 Milford Mill Road in Milford Mill, is land for developing a "housing subdivision, a church or school, camp or club."
About 2 acres is a quarry pond, the site states. There is also a cell phone tower is leased on the eastern corner of the property until 2026. The property has indoor and outdoor pools, a stream with steel bridge, ziplines and more.
