A Realtor lists the 30,300-square-foot building for auction June 25.

Fields of Pikesville, the 120-year-old retail store and popular restaurant and cafe closed nearly a year ago after a dwindling customer base left the owners unable to sustain the business.

The building that housed the historic business during its final years, at 1407 Reisterstown Road, is up for sale, according to LoopNet.com.

The business closed in August 2012. It will be auctioned June 25.

"The building offers retail storefront exposure at the signalized intersection of Reisterstown Road and Walker Avenue. Ideal for 1st floor retail space with high end offices above!" the listing states.

Built in 1957, the 2-story building with basement is zoned business local (BL) with commercial town center core overlay, the listing states.
