Non-issue,overreach, just what you hate about your gov't.Thank goodness you didn't win , what kind of administration would you have had? If you're doing this as a private citizen no one would be safe. Talk about an administration with an enemies list, thank those good folks in Dundalk that said no to you.

Meg doesn't care about fact or figures she only wants to rant because she hates anything in gov't unless they're appointing her. She took a potentially nice blog about a good captain but then had to put the Meg "spin" on it. She is just another "hater" that claims that nothing is done right. I guess like the $7million lost at Milford Mill. Meg , you will never be let off the hook for that,it was your watch. So please fade away, you thoughts are meaningless.

This starts as a praising blog about the Captain then ,typically immediatelytakes a right turn into an anti county rant. Ms. O'Scare you should be permanently banned for being an idiot.

Paul, rather than being an egomaniac why not disclose the details of the open space land that your wifes family sold in Howard County? Let's see you open that door and allow everyone in.

How many people are given jail time for first offenses? I don't know the answer but doubt it's many if any. Then special treatment would be to do the opposite, treat him differently and give him jail time. Understand I'm not advocating for lenient sentences. In fact I think every DUI should carry a minimum jail sentence even it's for a weekend. But that's not the law and he shouldn't be treated differently because he's an elected official. He's a citizen like everyone else under the law. It doesn't state that, "you're an elected official and because of that we're going to throw the book at you". That's not equal treatment that everyone is entitled too. His other issue as everyone knows is 2 years from now when the voters in the third district decide whether they think he's represented them well. He's not the first. I haven't seen Don Dwyer resign his position and he's lucky he didn't kill a family.

This is another post earlier, Buck show me the special treatment. Please I'm exhausted asking you for it. You imply there was special treatment, then where is it.

"...Just listening to the casual sounding call that Huff made to Jim Johnson reveals some truth...you can live in denial or seek to protect bad behavior if you feel the need to, that's your business.
I care more about the fact that we have this kind of mentality still involved in leadership rolls throughout the County...the good ol boy network if you will.
When special treatment is handled properly the public rarely finds out about it...that's a problem that has real history ."
Move on Buck, choose another topic you're off base and you know it. There is not one shred of evidence that points to any special treatment for Huff or Moxley.

You posted these words- and what exactly were they supposed to mean?
"It's " Clique Government"...not what you know but who you know..Baltimore County has a very long and very rich history of this type of perceived public servant, good ol boy networking...seems born and bred in them when you actually study BC history.
Time for the mold to be broken...old school is not working anymore.."

Buck, post what you want. There is an old saying (forgive the inaccuracies of the qoute but I'm sure you get the drift) "..better to be thought the fool than speak and have it confirmed". Or something to that effect. On this issue you're totally off base. There was no special treatment. He acted no different than anyone would in the same situation. I'm certain there was panic and he was using anything and everything he could think of to get out of the situation. That's not a "mentality" of corruption it's the mentality of those on a panic situation regardless of one's position in life. Let me repeat, show me the special treatment he recieved or Moxley received. If you can't I suggest you stop posting on this event or have it confirmed you're a fool.

When you want to make anti government rants try leaving the Elks out of it, you know not what you speak of.

Buck, it appears by your comment, that you have read nothing about this incident. You only mission is to always have a negative view on our County gov't officials. Please explain (after the reading the accounts of the evening which you obviously haven't done) where and when ANY special treatment was given to Councilman Huff or and I know this will be difficult but maybe you could use the internet and look up Councilman Moxley's incidents and show the "special treatment". Maybe it's time for you to proof your comments and determine if they make sense or not. In this case you're so off base it's not even funny.
