Two men stole jewelry and money Nov. 14 from Sobo Gold Buyers in Pikesville.
Police have released a sketch of a man who held up a Pikesville gold buyer at gunpoint last month. In a news release Monday, police ask anyone with information on the suspect to call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020. At about 6:30 p.m. Nov. 14, a man armed with a gun confronted an employee outside of Sobo Gold Buyers, located in the 700 block of Reisterstown Road. He forced the employee to walk back into the store, according to the release. Meanwhile, another suspect came onto the scene. The two stole jewelry and money, then ran. Baltimore County police: A man, age 30-40, presented a note demanding money on Tuesday.
Baltimore County police are searching for the man who allegedly robbed the PNC Bank branch at Giant Food store Tuesday. According to a police statement Thursday afternoon, police responded to a report of an armed robbery at 12:49 p.m. Tuesday at the bank. The statement describes what happened at the branch, located at 3757 Old Court Road in Pikesville: "A man approached the counter and handed the bank teller a note demanding money," it states. "The teller handed the robber an unknown amount of cash. The suspect then exited the bank at the door closest to Reisterstown Road." Baltimore County police released a photo of a suspect in the crime, which occurred in September at the Shell station in the Greenspring Shopping Center.
Baltimore County police are looking for a man who they say is connected to an armed robbery at the Greenspring Shopping Center. The man in the police photograph entered the Shell gas station at about 9 p.m., Sept 27, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money, according to a police statement. The gunman fled the store in the 2800 block of Smith Avenue in Pikesville with about $300 in cash. The police described the man as 6 feet tall, thin build, about 45 to 50 years old, with brown eyes, a medium complexion and short black hair.
