Pikesville Gold Buyer Held Up at Gunpoint

Two men, one with a black, semi-automatic handgun, held up a gold buyer shop during an early evening robbery Wednesday. The robbers got away with an employee's wallet, cash from the store, as well as an unknown amount of gold items, according to an incident summary from Baltimore County police. The wallet was recovered, it states. The robbery occurred at 6:20 p.m. at the Sobo Gold Buyers store at 704 Reisterstown Rd. The employee opened the door for the suspects, described as two men, one who is 30-35 years old and 5-foot 8-inches tall; and another, described as thin and 6-foot to 6-foot 3 inches tall, the report states.
