PayPal Now Accepted at The Home Depot, Foot Locker, Hollister (Sponsored)

Shoppers in the Baltimore area can now pay with PayPal at their local Foot Locker, The Home Depot, Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch.

PayPal announced this year that shoppers at The Home Depot, Hollister, Foot Locker and Abercrombie & Fitch can now pay with their mobile number and a PIN associated with their PayPal account.  For almost 15 years, people have used PayPal to shop online and on mobile devices. Now, millions of PayPal users worldwide, can also pay securely at their favorite local stores. The new in-store payment system is free of transaction fees for shoppers. Using PayPal for payment in-store or online means you will never have to share your personal financial info, such as your credit card number, with retailers. We're so use to using credit/debit cards now and days. Why would we make that change now? Also like mike said what are the laws protecting consumers when using PayPal to purchase items. I think online shoppers will continue to use PayPal, but will take sometime for shoppers to use PayPal when actively shipping in local stores.   more ›

Quarry Lake Boutique To Open Sept. 1

Angela Lynn, which will sell clothing and home accessories, is opening later than first announced.

Angela Lynn is almost ready to open, a Facebook post announces. "Please mark your calendars for my Grand Opening which will be September 1st from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.," according to Angela Lynn's Facebook page. The store seems better stocked than it was last month, when a sign on the door announced it would open in August. Now there are picture frames and several racks of clothing including crocheted cardigans and embroidered tanks and tunics, ready so far for some window shopping. The store is located at 2550 Quarry Lake Dr., in The Shops at Quarry Lake, and is in a corner suite on the lake side of Subway.
