One adult, two juveniles are arrested.
Charles Henry Johnson, 18, of Baltimore, was arrested May 8 and charged with robbery, theft and second-degree assault. The charges stem from an incident in Randallstown earlier that afternoon. At 2:30 p.m., a boy told police that several people assaulted him at Scotts Level Road and Autrim Lane in Randallstown. He also said his cell phone was stolen, according to a report by Baltimore County police. Police identified the suspects driving a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt along Milford Mill Road and Washington Avenue in Milford Mill. The youth's cell phone was returned to him. A 25-year-old Elkridge woman was injured early Tuesday in an assault in Pikesville. At about 12:01 a.m., three females attacked her while she was near Scotts Level and Milford Mill roads, according to a report by the Baltimore County Police Department's Pikesville precinct. "She was cut on the face with an unknown weapon," the report states. The victim refused to answer any questions, it states. She also refused medical treatment, an officer said. The relationship between the alleged attackers and the victim are unknown, the report states.

Burglars came into a Pikesville yard and threw pool chairs into the woods. Between 7:30 p.m. July 15 and 10 a.m. July 16, they they climbed a fence in the unit block of Suntop Court and threw six chairs, breaking two of them. The damage was $200. Gwynn Oak Laurel Drive. 6700 block. Between 11 p.m. July 16 and 6:30 a.m. July 17. A burglar stole a Powermate 5500-watt generator that had been chained to the back deck of a home. The chain was cut. Pikesville Scotts Level Road. 8200 block. Between 10 p.m. June 29 and 8 a.m. July 16. A burglar came into a yard and cut off the power cord to the airconditioning unit.
