Pikesville Area Residents Earn Higher Education Honors

Saint Francis University Christopher Mills, a resident of Pikesville, earned his bachelor's degree in finance recently at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. He was also among more than 600 students who made the Spring 2012 Dean's List, and among the 540 who earned degrees this year, according to readMedia.
