UPDATE (3:40 p.m. Sept. 11)—Couture Moda, the boutique known for trendy fashion for men and women ages 20 and older, has moved out of the Festival at Woodholme. An employee at a neighboring business said the store moved about a month ago. In July, owner Matty Vazgiel announced the opening of a new, larger store called Boutique 1017 in the Towson Town Center. He expressed frustration with what he said was Pikesville's lack of clientele for his store, but he did not indicate that he was closing.
