Robbers Point Revolver, Go Through Man's Pockets

Pikesville resident followed, shoved and held during the crime.

Two robbers followed, shoved and held their victim during a robbery in Pikesville last week. At about 10:20 p.m. Thursday, two males came up to a 22-year-old resident of the 6900 block of Marsue Drive while he was coming out of his vehicle, according to a report by the Baltimore County Police Department's Pikesville precinct. One robber pointed a black revolver with brown handle at him, and "shoved him" into the apartment building, it states. There, the second robber held the resident while the robber with the gun "went through the victim's pockets," the report states. They stole the resident's iPhone, cash, and car keys to two vehicles, then ran east.

Report: Woman Home When Burglar Pries Her Door

In response, she requests a new apartment.

It was the middle of the night when a resident of a Marsue Drive apartment heard a burglar prying on her door. "She did not call police during the incident," that occurred at about 2 a.m. March 26, according to a March 28 report by Baltimore County police. Rather, she called the property manager and asked for a new apartment, or to end her lease, the report states. Then she called police, it states. There were pry marks around the door's lock, at the apartment in the 6900 block of Marsue Drive, according to the report. What would you do if you heard a burglar coming in? Would you try to move? Pikesville Crime: Armed Robber Emerges 'from Darkness'

A Marsue Drive resident was walking home Monday night when he was robbed. At about 11:45 p.m. Feb. 25, a robber "came out from darkness and told the victim to give him what he had," according to a report by Baltimore County police. The incident occurred at Marsue Drive and Vincent Lane, the report states. The robber took money from the victim's pocket, it states. A weapon was involved, but "the victim could not provide any additional" information on what type of weapon.

Pikesville Crime: 4 Storage Units Burgled

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department's Pikesville Precinct. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, it does not indicate a conviction.

Burglars have broken into four storage Units at a Marsue Drive apartment complex since December. The units were all in the 6900 block, and were burgled between 10 a.m. Dec. 21 and 11 a.m. Feb. 15, according to a report by Baltimore County police. In two cases, the hinges were removed from the doors. And in the other two, screws were undone to gain access to the units. In three of the incidents, no items were missing from the units. But one resident reported that a stereo/CD player and toys were missing from hers.

Pikesville Crime: Pizza Delivery Driver Ambushed and Robbed

A pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint this weekend on Marsue Drive. At 7:10 p.m., the driver delivered a pizza to top floor of an apartment building in the 6900 block of Marsue Drive in Pikesville, according to a report by Baltimore County police. However, a robber was waiting for him on the first floor, pointing a black, long-barreled handgun at him, the report states. The thief stole cash, a cell phone and the pizza in a pizza bag. The name of the pizza store was not immediately available in the report.

UPDATE: Missing Pikesville Man Is Found

Guennadi Abdul Djafarov of the Millbrook area has Alzheimers disease and does not drive, and was missing since Sept. 2.

A Pikesville man who had been missing from his home since Sept. 2 has been located. Guennadi Abdul Djafarov, 61, suffers from Alzheimers disease and had not been seen since 8:30 a.m. Sept. 2, according to a news release Thursday morning from Baltimore County police. He was last seen at his home in the 6900 block of Marsue Drive in the Millbrook area of Pikesville. "Subject has been located. No further assistance is needed," according to a police statement Thursday evening.

Pikesville Crime: Boys Arrested in Mongoose Theft

Two teenage boys and two preteens were charged with second-degree burglary after police say they caught them stealing a bicycle. At 3:08 a.m. Aug. 13, someone allegedly saw the boys stealing an orange and black Mongoose brand bike, valued at $80, from a storage room in the 6900-block of Marsue Dr., a police report states. When police arrived, the boys allegedly ran and officers caught them. Police charged them with second-degree burglary. The boys are 17, 15, 12 and 11 years old, the report states. They are from ZIP codes 21215 and 21207.

Pikesville Crime: Assault in Parking Lot, Burglary, Arson

Lochearn Liberty Road. 8200 block. At 8:50 p.m. April 8. A Pikesville man reported being robbed by four men who came up to him in a parking lot and asked if he needed help. After he replied 'no,' one man took his car keys and pushed him to the ground. Then the four took his blue Chevy Tahoe and drove northbound on Liberty Road. Pikesville Buckingham Road. 3600 block. Between 1-1:15 p.m. April 6. A key from a Realtor's lockbox was used to open the front door, and copper piping was removed from the house. Marsue Drive. 6900 block. Between 5:25-5:27 p.m. April 3. A storage room at Milbrook Park Apartments was set on fire.
