Mark Renbaum Takes Helm at Schwaber Holdings
Reisterstown resident is named chief executive officer of the Pikesville commercial and retail real estate company.
Schwaber Holdings, a Pikesville real estate firm, has named Mark Renbaum as its chief executive officer. Renbaum was promoted from his post as advisor to Schwaber's board of directors, according to a news release from Schwaber. For about the past year, he advised the board regarding the company's asset management and core revenue departments, the release states. Previously, Renbaum was retail developer for St. John Properties, Inc., where he directed acquisition and development in the company's Mid-Atlantic region, the release states. Renbaum, a Reisterstown resident, is a 1990 graduate of Pikesville High School, according to the press release.
