I'd prefer to see stories with actual news as it relates to pikesville. Not something that I could easily do a quick Yahoo Real Estate search and see the homes for sale in our neighborhood (which isn't even news). Let's face it. The real reason this article was posted was likely to meet some kind of Patch quota, be it posts or page views. I'm fairly certain that 99.9% of Patch readers don't find …   more ›

It last sold in Oct. 2007 for $339,000, Zillow.com states. Built in 1936, it has two units, including a tenant on the top floor.
