UPDATE—Grey Rock House Fire Damages Three Homes

A fire—caused by a truck colliding with a house on Howard Forest Lane—burned one house and damaged two others, fire officials said.

UPDATE (5:54 p.m.)—A truck collided with the house at 8821 Howard Forest Lane in Grey Rock and caught fire, according to fire officials. While the visible fire has been extinguished, fire crews are expected to continue to work at scene, according to a news release from the Baltimore County Fire Department. Two adjacent homes, at 8823 and 8819, were also damaged in the fire,  according to the release. Firefighters throughout the Pikesville and Owings Mills areas battled the house fire near the intersection of Old Plantation Way and Howard Forest Lane, authorities said.
