The popular, vibrant Suburban House Restaurant—with it's Pikesville Patch award-winning matzah ball soup, and its kitsch paper placemat that's an amusing dictionary of Yiddish—will be open one hour later each night. On three occasions, the food was rancid. The chicken soup was sour (old),, and the pancakes were rancid due to using old milk, (or maybe old batter), and the third occasion was old and rancid brisket and gravy.
