Couture Moda is no longer a tenant at the shopping center in Pikesville.
UPDATE (3:40 p.m. Sept. 11)—Couture Moda, the boutique known for trendy fashion for men and women ages 20 and older, has moved out of the Festival at Woodholme. An employee at a neighboring business said the store moved about a month ago. In July, owner Matty Vazgiel announced the opening of a new, larger store called Boutique 1017 in the Towson Town Center. He expressed frustration with what he said was Pikesville's lack of clientele for his store, but he did not indicate that he was closing. On Wednesday, Vazgiel said he is "affiliated" with the Towson store. Modesty note: If you're OK seeing a model in a swim suit, Visit Boutique 1017's website. Correction: Vazgiel's relationship with Boutique 1017 was misstated in the original article…

Boutique owner Matty Vazgeil chose designer clothing with extras including asymmetrical finishes and crystal embellishments this season.
Fashions are more loose this season—continuing the trend of bright colors, according to Matty Vazgiel, owner of Couture Moda in Pikesville. I've watched him in action, and he's confident and encouraging with each of his customers. He says his goal is to dress them in fashion that's suitable—and sexy. "Through what …

Wear a vibrant color and something a little sexy on this special day for women, said Matty Vazgiel, owner of Couture Moda boutique.
Heading to the Power Plant at Baltimore's Inner Harbor, or to a club or lounge in Washington D.C. for Valentine's Day? Then women should choose a look that's vibrant: A look that dares to be a little sexy, said Matty Vazgiel, owner of Couture Moda boutique in Pikesville. "Valentine's Day is a day that the women feel more sensual," he said. "It's more about the women than it is for the men. It's your special day." Matty selects his featured Valentine's Day item: A short, red print dress with long sleeves by Savee Couture. "This year, people are getting into a more romantic look and vibrant colors marked with red," he said. He suggests wearing the dress during this holiday with peep-toe pumps that have a stiletto heel. "It's going to be a …
