The Shoshana S. Cardin School has announced several changes to its leadership team. So far, David Prashker, the new head of school who arrived a few weeks ago, has restructured Cardin's leadership team and has put new academic and leadership programs in place. Jewish life will fall under the watch of school Rabbi Yaakov Chaitovsky. David Prashker has been named the new head of school for The Shoshana S. Cardin School, the school announced Thursday. Prashker, who is currently the director of education for Temple Sinai of North Dade/Jacobson Sinai Academy in Miami, will take on the new role for the 2012-13 school year, a news release states. "We are confident that Mr. Prashker’s unique perspective on Jewish education and leadership experience will help us to continue to grow and thrive,” Howard Rosenbloom, president of The Cardin School board of directors, said in a statement.
