A Milford Mill woman was arrested this weekend after being charged with first-degree assault. At 10 p.m. Saturday, Hawa Charfadine Djamous, 46, of the unit block of Liberty Place, was allegedly in a "verbal altercation" with a man in the apartment where she resides, according to a report by Baltimore County police. "During the altercation, the suspect retrieved a knife and cut the victim on the hand, leaving a laceration," the report states. The victim, age 23, a resident of the same block, left the apartment to get help and call 911, it states. Police arrested Djamous and found the knife as evidence, it states. Police said the woman required treatment at a hospital, and they plan to subpeona Instagram records to find the name of the woman with whom she fought.
A fight between two women after a party left one woman injured this weekend. The fight broke out at 12:10 a.m., and one woman was "taken to Sinai Hospital where she received five staples on [her] left, upper, rear arm," states a report by Baltimore County police. The incident, labeled a first-degree assault in the report, occurred in the 3700 block of Sylvan Drive in Lochearn. The injured woman showed police an Instagram photo of the woman she fought with, so police kept the photo and plan to subpoena Instagram records for her name, the report states. Instagram is a computer application that allows its users to edit, enhance and share photographs online.

Police need information about the incident that allegedly occurred Friday morning at the Windsor Inn on Windsor Mill Road.
UPDATE (11:13 a.m.) One man was knocked unconscious and a woman and an unidentified victim were assaulted early Friday morning at the Windsor Inn. At about 1:30 a.m., two men and a woman assaulted the three at the crabhouse, located in the 7200-block of Windsor Mill Road, according to a news release Sunday morning from the Baltimore County Police Department. "The victims were at the location when they were attacked by an unknown group of male and female suspects," the release states. Police were told about the assault at 10:30 a.m. Friday. A bail bondsman trying to execute a warrant allegedly was assaulted Friday while he was in his car. At 6:21 p.m., the bondsman asked police to come to a home in the 4100 block of Windmill Circle where he and two other bondsmen were trying to execute a warrant against Randallstown resident Joseph Paul Wilson, 21, according to a report by Baltimore County police. It was a "narcotics call," the report states. While the bailbondsmen attempted to execute a warrant, Wilson allegedly "used his vehicle to ram (the) victim's ... vehicle," it states. An argument between friends turned into a crime after the man allegedly put both hands around her neck. According to a report from Baltimore County police, at 4:15 a.m. Sunday, during a verbal altercation, the man allegedly went into the woman's bedroom, allegedly grabbed her off the bed and threw her against the wall. Her head allegedly struck the wall at her home in the 8300 block of Township Dr. in Owings Mills. "The suspect then placed both his hands around the victim's neck and began choking her," the report states. He allegedly threatened to kill the victim if she called police. Police know who the suspect is and have issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of first- and second-degree assaut, the report states.

A Baltimore man who worked in a Windsor Mill group home was arrested Wednesday after being indicted by a grand jury, authorities said. Kevin Louis Makle, 35, allegedly abused a vulnerable adult three times over a two-day period this spring, according to a news release from Attorney General Doug Gansler's office. He was charged with three counts of abuse of a vulnerable adult in the second degree and three counts of assault in the second degree, the release states. Employees at two Festival at Woodholme restaurants got into a scuffle Tuesday over a trashcan set out back, police say. At about 2:30 p.m., Baltimore County police were called to the Corner Bakery Cafe where an employee told police that someone at Al Pacino Cafe had wood stored in a Corner Bakery trashcan. Police told employees of both stores, located next door to each other in the Festival at Woodholme shopping center, that it's not a matter for police, but they should work together, or stay away from each other. Family members allegedly wielded a variety of weapons after a verbal argument between a brother and sister, according to Baltimore County police. Between 11-11:40 p.m. July 25, a mother and brother—both adults—and six other unidentified people, allegedly took up arms against their 18-year-old daughter/sister and three other people, according to Elise Armacost, police spokeswoman. The initial argument took place earlier that night, Armacost said. A man allegedly broke into his his ex-girlfriend's home and allegedly bit her face after a quarrelsome night out last week. Jovan Orlando Horsey, 26, of the 1300 block of Lewis Lane in Havre De Grace, was arrested the night of the July 25 incident and charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree assault. An Essex woman allegedly assaulted another woman with a pair of brass knuckles during a cookout last week, Baltimore County police said. According to a Pikesville precinct crime log, the alleged assault of the northwest Baltimore woman took place at 11 p.m. April 6 in the 3400 block of Carriage Hill Circle, Randallstown. Brenda Warren, 19, of the unit block of Sun Court in Essex, was charged with assault and possession of a deadly weapon, according to the crime log.
