Milford Mill's boys basketball team defeated Aberdeen High School in a Class 3A North region quarterfinal game 75-57 on Tuesday. The Millers, the top seed in the region, host Woodlawn at 7 p.m. tonight. Woodlawn advanced with a 77-29 win over C.M. Wright. On the girls side, Milford Mill advanced to the region finals with a 57-51 win over C.M. Wright in the 3A North semifinals, maintaining its undefeated season. The Millers now advance to the regional finals at 7 p.m. Friday when they travel to top-seeded Aberdeen. According to an article in the Baltimore Sun, that game is the only area girls game this weekend that involves two ranked teams.
