Ner Israel Rabbinical College and high school teaches Orthodox Jewish men to be scholars of the religion. TheMore school has a high school as well as undergraduate and graduate divisions. The college offers bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees in Talmudic law. The school trains rabbis and teachers as well as practitioners of the religion: practitioners of Orthodox Jewish religion are required to be scholars of the religion. "It is knowledge for the sake of knowledge," said Rabbi Jonathan Seidemann. While many students graduate as rabbis, many also will be working in business, and they study at the college because they also want to be educated in Jewish law. "In Judaism, it is not just a question that the rabbi and the teachers be knowledgeable, practicing Jews," Rabbi Seidemann said, "it is standard daily practice - most Orthodox Jewish men set aside at least a couple of hours a day for study of the Bible and Talmud."

The kosher certification agency is a group of rabbis and fieldMore supervisors that makes sure that food products are "fit" or "proper" and meet the requirements of Jewish law. Two things are needed to certify that a food is kosher: the source of ingredients, and the status of the production equipment. A business that creates a product applies to Star-K for certification, listing the ingredients and names of suppliers. Then Star-K inspects, crates a contract, and a letter of certification is sent, authorizing the use of the Star-K symbol, which is world-recognized. Star K has regional offices in Lakewood, NJ; New York, NY; Century City, Calif.; Phoenix, Ariz.; Rechovot, Israel; India; and Shanghai, Peoples Republic of China.

The current campus includes an elementary school, middle school,More high school, gym and two study halls that are also used as a prayer sanctuary. The elementary and middle school studies are that of English, math, social studies and science. The high school studies include pre-calculus, biology, chemistry, physics, world history, Eurpoean history, English and Jewish history. The high school also offers Advanced Placement (AP) classes that include physics, world history, European history and English literature. When students reach the fifth grade, Talmud study begins. There is a dormitory for out-of-state and out-of-country students. The student body mainly consists of students from New York, Poland, Uzbekistan, Detroit, Los Angeles and Mexico.
