I will give them the benefit of the doubt, they may have been having a bad day and it was a bad day. my car sat in the wash bay as the caer behind me was being washed. When I inquired the gentleman washing the car behind mine said, "no one wants to work." he asked one of his associates to take of the car and he did. It took forever to wah and dry the car as it always does at this car wash. When I askd to speak to the manager I was told he was locked in the office. The manager then appeared and did apologize for the inconvenience, but the damage had already been done. Then to add insult to injury, when I got in my car to leave, the floor mats had been put in the car incorrectkly, the car smelled of cigarette smoke and I do not smoke and insult to injury there was a cigarette butt on the floor on the drivers suide.
All in all a terrible experience and one that I will not endure again and I will find another busienss who wants my business and money.

I have been a regular customer for years. Everyone is friendly, and they do a good job on both the interior and exterior of my car.
