These individuals are rude and unprofessional, especially the support staff. I witnessed the support staff making fun of an elderly woman who was dropped off when she needed assistance with her walker to get to the restroom. They were also rude and disrespectful to me in person and over the phone. Do not waste your time, money, energy, and positive attitude communicating with those in this office. If you are not sorry the first or second time, you will be by the third. I am sure there are much better places. There has to be, and I intend to find it in time for my next eye exam.
