PHOTOS: Quarry Rocks with Fun

Pony rides, face painting, games and music draws crowd to benefit the Baltimore Child Abuse Center.

To 4-year-old Noah Friedman, each plastic duck in the inflatible wading pool looked equally enticing.

But he did as Mom said, and chose just one.

And almost magically, a bucket of prizes appeared over the pool. And, with the help of his mother, father, and the game volunteer, he succeeded again in choosing just one.

But that didn't stop him from running back a few minutes later for a second chance.

The upper parking lot at the Shops at Quarry Lake was transformed Sunday into a child's wonderland for the second annual Spring Family Fun Festival.

Attractions included music by a DJ, pony rides, moonbounces, facepainting, coloring and more.

The event benefitted the Baltimore Child Abuse Center that offers timely, child-sensitive investigations of child sexual abuse in Baltimore City.

The BCAC serves more than 900 children every year at no cost to the family.
