A New Fitness Craze in Pikesville—Dancematic Fitness!

Dancematic Fitness® is a time-tested, effective fitness program owned and operated by Patrick Parker, a personal trainer and fitness expert.  

Most importantly, it is fun!  Dancematic is high energy conditioning with music, utilizing old school R&B, Reggae, Latin, with a little Hip Hop thrown in. The music simply drives you to move!

Average calorie loss for this 1-hour workout is 600 calories! What’s so hard about having fun and burning calories? That’s right, nothing! And that’s what keeps you coming back! The company tagline is "It's Nothing but a Party!" and truer words have never been spoken! 

Classes are offered 3 times a week with class size ranging from 20-50 people. The music selections change for each session and the fitness moves change as well. The beauty of this new brand is that there are no routines to memorize! This takes some pressure off because you can come in today after missing a session or two and jump right in!

The value here is that you don’t have to worry about catching up and can instead focus on burning those calories the entire time.

We meet at the Milbrook Community Hall at 6806 Milbrook Park Drive in Pikesville. We have members who range from 16 – 76! There is also an optional Abs component of Dancematic Fitness® on Mondays and Wednesdays after the fitness class. This time is devoted to core strengthening with varied exercises utilizing floor mats, fitness balls, machines, etc.  The class is 30 minutes and is FANTASTIC!
