Take to the Street During Pikesville Summer Fest

Live music, bands, an antique car show and Poe, the Ravens Mascot, will be part of the entertainment on June 10.

 

Come next month, Pikesville residents will be dancing in the street during the .

The event makes its debut from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, June 10, with more than 55 vendors, including wine, beer and food.

Rodney Kelly Jr. and Charm City Static will perform live music on two stages, promoting a summer dancing environment on Sudbrook Lane, according to a news release from Jay Harris Promotions.

The event takes place on Sudbrook Lane in downtown Pikesville, between Reisterstown and Old Court Roads.

During the event, retailers will sell plants, jewelry and other items. 

There will be an antique car show, will give a martial arts demonstration, and will provide a magic show.

Other entertainment planned for the event includes rides, face painting, balloon art and a 1:30-2:30 p.m. visit by Poe, the Ravens Mascot, the release states.

Children who bring in their report card will receive a prize.

Proceeds benefit the chamber. Parking will be at no cost.

Directions: Take Beltway Exit 21 and head south on either Park Heights Avenue or Stevenson Road to Old Court Road where you can turn onto  Sudbrook Lane.

Or take Exit 20 south on Reisterstown Road for approximately 1.25 miles to Sudbrook Lane.
