Milford Mill Academy's Coach White Mentoring Son on Team

There's a similar situation on Hereford High's football team.

Reggie White Sr. has a couple of titles his son uses to describe him. Of course, there's "Dad," but now there's "Coach."

Reggie White Jr. is a member of the Milford Mill Academy football team, where his father is head coach, according to an article in The Baltimore Sun.

Coach White, who played on the 1987 Milford Mill state championship football team, says he is tougher on his son than on other team members. "He got yelled at [Monday] more than any time he's gotten yelled at, and his mistakes weren't as big as anyone else's ...," he said in the article.

This same father-as-coach scenario is being played out at Hereford High School, where Coach Steve Turnbaugh is coaching his son Brock, the article states.

The relationship between father and son is somewhat different than the Whites' however: Coach Turnbaugh said he tries to treat his son as he would any other team member.
