Sports Speed & Acceleration Training Clinic
Athletes are taught proper running mechanics. We use speed drills with particular emphasis on acceleration, coordination, and first step quickness to help build the understanding of proper running mechanics and to reinforce the techniques learned. Training sessions are 1 hour, one day per week.

When: Wednesday Sept 12 thru Wednesday Oct 3
Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Class sizes limited to 12 athletes per class
