Beginner level technique class that focuses on proper body alignment, strengthening the core and back, increasing flexibility and acquiring fundamental ballet vocabulary. Ideal for absolute beginners, advanced beginners or individuals
returning to dance after a break. However, multiple variations to all exercises are give to challenge even intermediate dancers. All experience levels are welcome.
