This is the second Goddard School location in the Baltimore area for the Glassers, according to the release. Their first is in the Western Run Business Center at 14360 York Rd. in Sparks.

In a statement, Janelle Glasser said she and Michael have been considering the Old Pimlico Road property for three years. "The location is surrounded by strong communities with a need for top quality early childhood education and childcare.
