Stacy Rubin earned a bachelor of arts degree in business upon graduation from Lake Forest (Ill.) College.

Pikesville resident Jeremy Winer made the Dean’s List this spring at Washington University in St. Louis.

Noam Raffel got second honors on the Dean’s List at Clark University in Worcester, Mass.
