Local Schools Remain Closed Thursday
Several area schools still waiting to get power after last Friday's storm.
Baltimore County confirmed Wednesday that a number of local schools would be closed again Thursday due to the continued power outage.
The power problems, which began after last Friday night's powerful storm that rocked the area, will leave 16 schools in Baltimore County closed once more on Thursday.
In the Northwest area, Campfield Early Childhood Center, Fort Garrison, Hebbville, Powhatan, Winand, Winfield, Woodholme and Milbrook Elementary Schools plus Sudbrook Magnet and Windsor Mill Middle Schools as well as Pikesville High.
