Breast Health Awareness Program Training

The American Cancer Society and LifeBridge Health are holding a training program for cancer survivors, health professionals, volunteers, and anyone else with an interest in knowing more about breast health.

"This training will provide the necessary tools to present breast health awareness education in the community," according to an event flier.

The program earns participants a two-year certification in Breast Health Awareness.

Registration is at 4:30 p.m. the day of the program, Nov. 15. The program is from 5-8 p.m.

Dr. Dawn Leonard, director of the Herman and Walter Samuelson Breast Care Center at Northwest Hospital, will lead the program.
