Baltimore County Schools Open 2 Hours Late
The winter weather has also caused the cancellation of morning kindergarten.
All Baltimore County Public Schools will open two hours late on Monday because of the winter weather, according to the school system's website.
Morning kindergarten has been cancelled.
Superintendent S. Dallas Dance, in a message on his Twitter account, said the school system will reevaluate the decision to open in the morning.
