NWS: Tornado Watch, Flood Warning in Effect

The National Weather Service has issued both a flash flood warning and a tornado watch over a large swath of Maryland, including Baltimore County. 

The flash flood and tornado watch advisories will remain in effect until midnight and 10 p.m., respectively. 

"Isolated tornadoes and locally damaging winds are possible with thunderstorms this afternoon and evening," according to the National Weather Service.
