A Patriot Guard Riders notice states that the group of motorcyclists will honor Seidler and support the family at the service.

According to the group's website, the riders are invited to servicemembers' funerals by the families.

The mission of the riders is to: "Show our sincere respect for our fallen heroes, their families, and their communities," according to the group's website.

It also helps to "shield the mourning family and their friends from interruptions created by any protestor or group of protestors," the site states.
