Have Extra Drugs? Dispose of Them Saturday

The Baltimore County Police Department is offering drug drop-off points for safe disposal.

The Baltimore County Police Department is offering a safe way to get rid of prescription drugs and make your home more safe.

On Saturday, police and the Drug Enforcement Administration will collect potentially dangerous prescription medication.

Drop-off points for this event, called the DEA National Take Back, are located in Woodlawn, Cockeysville and North Point in Baltimore County, according to a news release.

Drop-off locations, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. are:

  • Precinct 2/Woodlawn, 6424 Windsor Mill Rd, Woodlawn 21207

  • Precinct 7/Cockeysville, 111 Wight Ave., Cockeysville 21030

  • Precinct 12/North Point, 1747 Merritt Blvd., Dundalk 21222

  • But don't be late. People who arrive after 2 p.m. will be away, the release states.
