Delegate Jon Cardin a New Father
During the BGE Town Hall meeting Thursday evening in Pikesville, Del. Dana Stein announced that Del. Jon Cardin might not attend the meeting, because his wife gave birth Thursday to their first child.
Delegate Jon Cardin is now a father.
He was expected to attend the BGE Town Hall meeting Thursday, but couldn't, because his wife had just had a baby, said Del. Dana Stein.
Cardin did make a brief appearance, however, wearing a gray sweatshirt and ballcap.
