Legislators Honor First Watch Cafe
First Watch The Daytime Cafe earned Pikesville Patch's Readers Choice Award for best breakfast.
Delegate Dana Stein recently honored Pikesville's with a citation for earning Pikesville Patch's Readers' Choice Award.
The cafe earned '' honors, after readers voted in a poll.
According to a news release from Stein's office, the citation was from the District 11 legislative team: Sen. Bobby Zirkin and delegates Jon Cardin, Dan Morhaim and Stein.
