According to police, there may have been a domestic dispute occurring between a man and a woman before the shooting.

During the argument, another man walked up with a gun and allegedly shot multiple times at the man involved in the dispute, Wachter said.

However, police don't yet know if the shooting was directly related to the domestic dispute. So far, charges have not been filed, Wachter said.

According to the Kaiser Permanente website, that location provides physician services. Wachter said it's not clear in which part of the building the incident took place.
