Woman Hit by MTA Bus Was Employee of State Medical Examiner's Office

Police: Cindy Feldstein of Pikesville hit by bus Saturday. She died later at Shock Trauma.

The woman who died Saturday after being hit by Maryland Transit Administration bus at the intersection of Slade and Park Heights avenues was a 53-year-old Pikesville woman who worked in state government, police said.

Cindy Feldstein, a spokeswoman for Maryland's Office of Chief Medical Examiner, was struck by a bus on Saturday at around 5:30 p.m. as she crossed Park Heights Avenue. The bus was turning left from Slade Avenue when it struck Feldstein, police said.

Fault has not yet been determined and an investigation is continuing, said Baltimore County police Detective Cathy Batton.
