Trial Begins For 3rd Man Charged In Disabled Pikesville Man's Death

BALTIMORE—The trial of the third man charged in the 2009 slaying of a mentally disabled Pikesville man got under way on Monday, according to a WBAL TV website article.
James Clea, 32, is accused of hiring his younger brother, Kareem, to kill Lemuel Wallace, who lived at a group home in Pikesville run by Arc of Baltimore, according to the report. In February 2009, Wallace was found in a bathroom at Leakin Park with gunshot wounds to his head and back.
Former pastor Kevin Pushiawho worked as an operations manager for the home already pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder and insurance fraud in Wallace's death, the report states.
