Original Story 3:58 p.m.—Earlier this afternoon, a tornado warning had been issued for parts of Baltimore and Carroll counties, through 4:15 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

The warning urged residents to 'take cover now,' as any tornado could have been difficult to see because of rain.

Hampstead, Greenmount, Parkton, Freeland and Maryland Line could have been affected, the warning stated.

"DO NOT WAIT TO SEE OR HEAR THE TORNADO. TAKE COVER NOW," it stated.

Michael Schwartzberg of the Pikesville Volunteer Fire Company tweeted at 3:42 p.m. that he had been listening to radio calls, and that there have been no related emergency calls so far.
