Thieves Take Minivan, Car and Scooter in Separate Crimes

The following information was provided by the Baltimore County Police Department, that covers Lochearn and Garrison, among other areas. Charges do not indicate convictions.

Keys and a locked car were stolen from a Lochearn residence, and a minivan was stolen from Garrison.

A scooter was also stolen from a Lochearn neighborhood, according to reports by Baltimore County police.

Between 12:30 a.m. and 4 a.m. Sept. 14, someone broke into a home in the 3800 block of Sylvan Drive in Lochearn, stole a vehicle key, then drove off with a Chrysler minivan, a report states.

That vehicle was recovered in front of a home in the 6600 block of Parsons Avenue, it states.

Scooter stolen

Also in Lochearn, a scooter was taken some time Sept. 14 from the back yard of a home in the 6700 block of Alter St., according to another report.

Car Theft

Up north in Garrison, a four-door Mercury was stolen from a home between 5 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sept. 4, a report states.

The victim, a resident of the Perring Loch area, told police that all the doors had been locked, the report states. There were no signs of forced entry.
