Teen Robbers Use Basketball To Steal Student's Backpack

Two 14-year-old boys stole another's backpack by throwing a basketball at his head.

At 6:19 p.m. Sunday, an Owings Mills teen, 14, who is a student at Old Court Middle School, was walking along Old Court Road at Winands Road when the teens stopped him, struck his head with the ball and took his backpack.

He got the backpack back, and nothing had been taken from it.

According to the report written Sunday, charges had not been filed.

One of the suspects is from Windsor Mill, and the other from Randallstown.
