Teen Charged With Robbing Windsor Mill Snowball Stand
Police said 16-year-old allegedly demanded money and threatened an employee.
A 16-year-old girl was arrested and charged Monday in connection with an alleged Windsor Mill robbery involving $30, according to Baltimore County police.
The suspect, a former employee at Summer Snow Snowballs in the 8200 block of Liberty Road, went to the business, demanded money and threatened the employee working there, a Pikesville precinct police report stated. After the employee handed over $30, the teenager ran south on Rolling Road, according to the report.
