Stolen Dog is Reunited with Owner

The Baltimore Sun: A dog stolen along with a vehicle, in Pikesville, is recovered.

A dog and vehicle were stolen from a downtown Pikesville parking lot Monday, but were reunited this week, according to an article in The Baltimore Sun.

"Kelly Belk rarely travels beyond Fells Point, where she lives, and Hampden, where she works. But on Monday night, Belk decided to meet friends at a Pikesville crabhouse for an all-you-can-eat special. She took Matilda, a 9-year-old Rottweiler and German shepherd mix," the article states.

The dog had been injured, and Belk said Matilda would be happier in the car than at home alone, according to the article.
