Robbery Leaves Victim Walletless, His Memory Unclear

A 28-year-old man walked into the Pikesville precinct to report that he had been robbed.

However, his memory was unclear, because he had been punched on his face during the attack, according to a report by Baltimore County police.

"Victim could not give an exact statement as to what happened," the report states.

Some time between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 14 at Russern Court and Milford Industrial Road in Pikesville, a man punched the victim, and stole his cell phone and wallet, according to the report.

"(The) victim believes he was coming from his residence when the incident took place," it states.
