UPDATE—Police Arrest Suspect in Milford Mill Shooting

A man was shot several times Monday in a parking lot, according to Baltimore County police.

 

UPDATE (2:43 p.m.) — Baltimore County police said they have a suspect in custody in connection with a shooting Monday in Milford Mill.

At about 1:15 p.m. Monday, a 27-year-old man from the Lochearn area went into Greek Village to order food, but was shot multiple times with a semi-automatic handgun when he came out, police said.

The suspect and victim were outside of Greek Village, located at 8059 Liberty Road, at the time of the shooting, said county police Det. Cathy Batton.

The victim was shot in the rear end and in his leg and was taken to an area hospital in stable condition, Batton said.

The suspect could face an attempted murder charge. Because the suspect is awaiting a bail hearing, police cannot release his name, Batton said Thursday afternoon.
