Police Seek Suspect in Greenspring Gas Station Robbery

Baltimore County police released a photo of a suspect in the crime, which occurred in September at the Shell station in the Greenspring Shopping Center.

Baltimore County police are looking for a man who they say is connected to an armed robbery at the Greenspring Shopping Center.

The man in the police photograph entered the  at about 9 p.m., Sept 27, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money, according to a police statement.  The gunman fled the store in the 2800 block of Smith Avenue in Pikesville with about $300 in cash.

The police described the man as 6 feet tall, thin build, about 45 to 50 years old, with brown eyes, a medium complexion and short black hair.

Anyone with information about the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020, or Metro Crime Stoppers at 866-756-2587. Callers to MCS can remain anonymous and might be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
