Police Seek Man in 'Peeping Tom' Case

Three times last fall, a woman reported that a man was trespassing and looking into her window.

Three times a Woodlawn woman's surveillance system has recorded a man trespassing and looking into the window at the rear of her house.

During one of these times, walkway lights were found smashed.

Police released video and a photo of the suspect, and they need help finding him.

The incidents happened on Oct. 5, Oct. 18 and Nov. 14, at a home in the 3400 block of Fairview Road, according to a police statement.

The victim said she doesn't know who the trespasser is, but on Nov. 28, Woodlawn precinct community outreach offers showed the suspect's photograph to a members of a community association, and one person knew him.

The association member said the suspect is often at the Woodmoor Shopping Center in the 7100 block of Liberty Road, Lochearn, according to the statement.

"Police have interviewed residents in that area and have canvassed the shopping center, but the suspect has not been located or identified," it states.

Officers left photos of the suspect at Woodmoor businesses, but no one has reported seeing him.

Detectives hope someone recognizes the man in the video attached to this article.
